Welcome to the Center for Women's Health!

We would like to make this office visit as informative and comfortable as possible. If you have any questions or concerns you would like addressed, please write them down and bring the questions with you to your scheduled appointment. To learn which insurance providers we accept, please see Our Office & Policies

Should you so desire, spouses or family members are encouraged to accompany you on your visit. However, due to limited seating, we request that you bring no more than 2 visitors with you to your appointment.

Children are welcome at the Center for Women’s Health, however, for their safety, please also bring another adult to supervise them during your examination.

If you have previous pertinent medical records, and your referring physician is not sending us a copy of your records, we request that you drop any records off to our office before your scheduled appointment, so that the physician has an opportunity to review them. We also request that you bring all prescription bottles with you to your scheduled appointment.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else may benefit from the appointment slot.

We look forward to meeting your needs and making your visit with us a pleasant experience. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
